Protect what you've worked hard for with CommInsure's new Home Insurance product.
As you know, it takes time and effort to own a home and to get to a point where you can enjoy a comfortable life but, if you're uninsured, you could lose it all in an instant. Extreme weather conditions, a burglary or a fire could take it all and set your financial plans back years.
Fortunately, CommInsure has made it easier to insure the things that are important to you with its Home Insurance product. By allowing you to add or remove some insured events or cover options; you can customise your cover and your premium to suit your circumstance. It's a straightforward approach that ensures you pay for only the things you need and not for the things you can do without.
CommInsure’s Home Insurance product has two packages; the Residential Home Package and the Investment Home Package. Both packages offer cover for your building or contents. Personal Valuables cover is also available under the Residential Home Package. All three cover types can be taken out separately or in combination – which may attract a discount on your premium.
For extra protection, CommInsure has also built Total Building Replacement Cover as part of its building cover for both Residential Home and Investment Home packages. This means that, at no extra cost to you, you'll be covered for the total replacement of your building in the event of a total loss. So, even if your building's sum insured is a little under the actual cost of replacement, you won't have to pay the difference*.
For more information on this as well as CommInsure's car and travel insurance products, check out page 34 of this month's issue of Notebook. Alternatively, visit a Commonwealth Bank branch, call 13 24 23 or visit www.comminsure.com.au
*Limitations apply. Total Building Replacement Cover is available only on CommInsure Building cover, not on Contents cover. It is also currently not available to those customers whose claims settlement would be on the basis of indemnity cover as shown on the policy schedule.
