Christmas shopping for useful but thoughtful gifts can be tough, and shopping for men can be even harder.
Let’s all be honest, men want gadgets. If it’s not the latest in mobile technology; it’s a ingenious product that someone has invented to make your life easier or does something new and exciting like the USB powered fan that was featured in our Men’s Gift Guide (page 181 in the December 06 issue of Notebook: ).
But you don’t always have to go down the technology route when shopping for men. There is always fashion basics like a good polo from Lacoste will stand the test of fashion time, bags like a handy canvas satchel from French Connection will always come in use, as well as beautiful leather goods like a diary from Filofax or a designer pen from Mont Blanc would be perfect for him to show off in the boardroom or in business meetings.
