Would you like to inject some fresh style into your wardrobe? Could you use a day of pampering, including a new haircut and colour, plus make-up tips to help you bring out your best features? Notebook: is looking for readers to take part in our popular What to Wear pages, and would love to hear from you!

The successful applicants will receive a new look, including a hair appointment and a one-hour consultation with a fashion stylist. All makeover subjects will receive professional hair styling and make-up, and participate in a photo shoot that will feature in an upcoming issue.
