Storage tip: vacuum bags accompanying image

Storage space is like inner-city real estate – hard to find and always at a premium. Smart ways to fit more into less are always welcome. Vacuum storage isn’t new, but these smart space bags are. The tough, plastic inner bag packs down to about a quarter of its original size when the air is extracted, and the outer shell has a translucent panel that allows you to see what’s inside.

We love the idea of packing a quilt, pillows, blanket, sheets and towels, along with anything else you reserve for guests, in their very own bag. It makes creating a welcoming bed for visitors a breeze, even when they're unexpected.
