How to make a pinboard

How to make a pinboard accompanying image

Pinboards don’t have to be utilitarian – make your own pretty pink satin one for home. You’ll need a pinboard, fabric (we used satin), ribbon and a staple gun.

Step 1.
Measure and cut fabric to wrap around your board, allowing extra length to create folds. To make folds, fold the fabric then iron flat and pin at each end to secure.

Step 2.
Use staple gun to attach fabric to pinboard, then remove pins from folds. Attach ribbon with staple gun.
