Storage tips: Pantry staples

A plentiful supply of all the staple foods is an achievable kitchen ambition. Buying in bulk is cost-effective, provided you have ample storage. Matching different foods with the appropriate receptacle, such as glass, plastic, ceramic or metal, is the key to creating optimum conditions.
